Founded on the principles of social responsibility,  equality, and innovation, SHG is part of the wider Samson Group—alongside Samson Homes, Samson  Consultants, and Samson Space.​

Our Origins & Purpose
 

Born out of a deep understanding of the housing challenges in the UK, SHG was established to tackle the shortage of secure, high-quality housing. We believe everyone deserves the dignity of a safe, welcoming, and affordable home—regardless of background or circumstance.​

We approach this mission holistically, managing the entire development lifecycle from acquisition and planning to design, construction, and long-term stewardship.​
