Chief Executive Officer
Bilal has been part of the Samson Group since the age of 15, giving him genuine sector roots that span the full development and management cycle. As CEO, he leads the group's strategic direction and is the named accountability figure for all institutional partnerships.
Chief Financial Officer
Raza oversees the group's financial strategy, development finance structuring, and capital allocation across all live schemes. His remit directly supports the capacity and funding credibility that institutional partners require before committing to a JV or profit-share arrangement.
Director of Development and Planning
Mohsin leads the development and planning function across the group, overseeing the pipeline of new-build, acquisition, and refurbishment schemes. His track record spans multiple London boroughs and covers the full range of affordable and supported housing tenures.
Chief Operating Officer
Ishaq brings over 25 years of experience across local government, housing associations, and the voluntary sector. As Director of Partnerships and Business Development, he leads strategic relationships with Local Authorities, RPs, and community organisations — securing contracts, funding, and new development opportunities that drive the Group's growth in social and affordable housing.
Chief of Governance, Risk and Assurance
Jacob leads the group's governance, risk, and assurance framework, ensuring that all partnership structures, JV agreements, and operational processes meet the standards expected by institutional partners and their own boards.
Chief Technology Officer
Sue leads the group's technology and data strategy, including the systems that underpin housing management, compliance reporting, and partner-facing dashboards.
Head of Service Improvement and Customer Voice
Matthew leads service improvement across the housing management function, with a focus on tenant experience, complaint resolution, and the feedback loops that drive continuous improvement across the portfolio.
Head of Corporate Services
Trevor oversees corporate services including HR, procurement, and facilities management across the group, ensuring the operational infrastructure that supports delivery at scale.
Assistant Development Director
Marta supports the development directorate across the pipeline of new-build and acquisition schemes, managing programme delivery, contractor relationships, and scheme-level reporting.
