Bilal Khan is the founder and CEO of SHG, bringing nearly two decades of hands-on experience in the property and housing sector. He has led the development and delivery of supported and affordable housing schemes across London, focusing on regeneration, placemaking, and long-term community benefit. Under his leadership, SHG is building a reputation for innovative and socially  responsive housing.

​A Chartered Surveyor and MRICS- qualified professional, Raza Khan brings over 20  years of experience in property finance, asset management, and investment strategy. His background includes senior roles within  leading real estate firms and a strong track record in optimising financial performance for development portfolios. As CFO at SHG, Raza leads on all financial, regulatory, and risk management strategies, ensuring our resources are deployed effectively to deliver high-impact housing solutions.

Wasim Hussain is a seasoned operations leader with 15+ years in housing management, care, and supported living services. He oversees the operational side of SHG, with a focus on ensuring high-quality service delivery, safeguarding, and compliance. Wasim plays a key role in driving efficiencies and maintaining resident-centered care standards across our schemes.

Mohsin Khan brings deep expertise in residential development, site acquisition, and  planning strategy. With over 15 years of experience delivering complex urban schemes, he leads SHG’s development pipeline and builds strategic partnerships across public and private sectors. His work ensures our projects are innovative, sustainable, and tailored to local needs.
